The 2024-2025 Cohort of Monarchs in the Women in Training, Inc. Leadership Development Academy are being introduced at the Fourth Annual WIT Mother-Daughter Brunch to end period poverty on Saturday, March 1, 2025. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center. WAKA 8 Anchor Ellis Eskew is the Mistress of Ceremony.
The Mother-Daughter Brunch is the first of two fundraisers that Women in Training, Inc. is hosting in honor of Women's History Month. The second fundraiser is the 5th Annual WIT 5K being held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Montgomery Whitewater.
