Women in Training, Inc. cordially invites middle and high school girls and young women with access to Montgomery, Alabama, to apply for membership in the 2nd Cohort of the WIT Leadership Development Academy. The cohort runs from March 2023 through March 2025. The simple, online application is due by Friday, January 13, 2023, and requires a recommendation from a school or community leader.

Ms. Tania Johns, WIT Vice President for Youth Development, leads the WIT Leadership Development Academy. The purpose of the Academy is to facilitate formal and experiential learning opportunities to cultivate young women from a wide range of backgrounds into a cohort of culturally competent and compassionate global leaders who care about themselves and the world around them.
