On April 8, 2022, Women in Training, Inc. kicked off the second year of the WIT Leadership Development Circle (LDC) at the MGMWERX facility in downtown Montgomery, Alabama. The Leadership Development Circle provides experiential learning opportunities for young women in high school to help groom them into culturally competent and compassionate global leaders.
